Job Description

RECA - Dubai
AED12,000 - AED15,000 a month
Dubai's leading Deli group is looking for a talented and experienced Deli manager. Only female - western/eastern European candidates need to apply. Below mentioned is the Main duties and responsibilities of this job role.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service always.
2. Effectively manage the RECA team and general Deli day to day operations.
3. Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with Deli policies and procedures.
4. Continually strive to develop your staff in all areas to ensure professional growth within the team.
5. Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection
6. Report any maintenance issues and equipment defects to the maintenance team immediately after discovering an issue.
7. Ensure RECA product quality, consistency and brand image are being presented
8. Ensure that all products are received in correct unit count and condition and deliveries are performed in accordance with the Deli receiving policies and procedures.
9. Ensure daily par levels are in accordance with the current business levels.
10. Report any inconsistencies, issues with any of our products immediately to the Head Chef.
11. Interact and obtain any feedback from our customers that will contribute towards developing a better service
12. Inform of any catering orders in a timely fashion to the Head Chef to ensure orders are made on time.
13. Ensure the strictest basic food and hygiene standards are maintained in the Deli.
14. Assist with hiring, training and motivation of all new and existing staff members.
15. Ensure your schedule is always covered with maximum staff on duty during peak times.
16. Deal with all customer complaints in a timely, friendly and professional manner. Any complaints that cannot be solved internally by must reported to the managing director.
17. Initiate new ideas that will help drive and improve sales.
18. Monitor daily wastage and take corrective action to reduce the wastage as per Deli standards.
19. Ensure the cleanliness of the outlet is always at the highest standards and reflecting a positive image to our customers.
20. Comply with all new standards and policies that are implemented and ensure the teams are briefed and trained on the same.
21. Ensure when ordering through Fidelio, orders are done by forecasting against current business levels and done accurately and in time as per company standards.
